Consider being a part of our bright future!Shifts: Day Shift (Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm).Compensation: $18 to $23, depending on experiencePosition SummaryThe Factory Assistant position will be required to perform tasks involving light physical labor and operate a variety of hand and handheld power tools. Responsibilities will include the assembly of products using bolts, screws, clips, polishing, filing, bending of tubes installing fasteners, washing, packing, unpacking and other similar duties. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for miscellaneous factory duties, including but not limited to deburring, cleaning, assembling, packing, shipping, transporting, delivering, counting, inventorying, part marking and any other tasks that may be identified from time to time.Polishing, grinding, hand filing, sanding parts, assemble components, bending tubes, and finishing parts using manual and machine tools, washing and packing and unpacking parts.Visual inspection of products for quality.Promote a safe and healthy working environment by maintaining housekeeping standards and safe working practices.All other duties assigned.RequirementsStrong hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity with the ability to perform precise, detail‑oriented tasks. Demonstrates consistent quality orientation, reliability, and dependability in daily work. Communicates clearly and professionally while effectively following instructions-both verbal and written. Skilled in operating hand tools and equipment safely and accurately, supported by excellent attention to detail and strong eye‑hand coordination. Previous machine‑shop experience is an asset.
