Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular walkthroughs and inspections of the property.
  • Ensure common areas, entrances, walkways, and surrounding grounds remain clean, safe, and presentable.
  • Identify and report damaged equipment, safety hazards, cleanliness concerns, or other deficiencies.
  • Replace basic supplies and keep storage and work areas organized.
  • Place signage, barriers, or safety cones when required.
  • Monitor equipment and facilities for visible signs of damage or malfunction.
  • Submit maintenance requests and follow up with management, contractors, or service providers.
  • Maintain accurate inspection and incident records.
  • Assist customers, visitors, and employees with general site-related questions.
  • Support seasonal upkeep activities, such as monitoring snow and ice conditions.
  • Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Good communication skills
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Experience using basic hand tools & equipment (jigsaw, screwdriver, trimmer, etc.)
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to work as a team member under minimal supervision
  • Valid provincial drivers license and clean abstract
