About Us: Banya No. 2 is a sauna spa with a restaurant and a bar dedicated to providing Eastern European+ cuisine to our valued customers. We take pride in our commitment to quality and impeccable service. To support our kitchen team in maintaining our high standards, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our ranks.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using the dishwasher or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Assist the kitchen team in preparing ingredients for dishes, such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling salads.
• Collaborate with cooks and chefs to ensure smooth food preparation and timely order completion.
• Help with basic food preparation tasks, including seasoning and garnishing dishes.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Support the kitchen staff in various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is a plus, but not required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn from the kitchen team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work as part of a cohesive team and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Russian speaking is not mandatory, but helpful.
