We are currently hiring a Production Worker for a clean, modern precision manufacturing facility in Woodbridge. This is a hands-on manufacturing position working with machined metal components. You will support production with deburring, part finishing and cleaning, basic assembly, packaging, material handling, and general shop support.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing, assembly, metal fabrication, machine shop, or production experience who enjoys hands-on work and wants the opportunity to learn and grow.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deburr machined metal components and remove sharp edges or excess material
- Clean and prepare finished parts
- Perform basic mechanical assembly
- Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks
- Inspect parts for quality and workmanship
- Perform part marking and basic finishing work
- Pack completed parts for shipment
- Move and organize materials throughout the production area
- Assist with inventory counts and production supplies
- Support shipping and receiving when required
- Assist different production departments based on daily requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Previous hands-on experience in a manufacturing, production, assembly, machine shop, metal fabrication, or similar industrial environment
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Experience with deburring, grinding, polishing, finishing, or metal components is a strong asset
- Mechanical assembly experience is an asset
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other measuring tools is an asset
- Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable and willing to assist wherever needed within production
- Forklift experience is an asset
Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
