We are currently seeking an experienced Skilled Millwork Carpenter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual who takes pride in producing premium-quality work and has extensive experience in custom millwork.

Position Summary

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in custom millwork and cabinetry. You will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, fitting, and finishing a wide variety of custom millwork products while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Assemble and fabricate custom cabinetry, casework, closets, vanities, wall panels, reception desks, and architectural millwork.
• Install hardware, drawer systems, hinges, and specialty components with precision.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all products meet company quality standards before installation or shipment.
• Perform detailed fitting, trimming, sanding, and finishing preparation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, designers, and production staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Mentor and support junior carpenters when required.
