JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a Manager, Investor Relations to support the execution of the Company's investor relations and market-facing communications strategy as it advances its development-stage mining portfolio.

Working closely with the Vice President, Corporate Development & Investor Relations and broader leadership team, this individual will play a hands-on role in communicating the Company's strategy, technical progress, financing activities and investment proposition to shareholders, analysts and the broader investment community.

The successful candidate will combine investor relations experience with strong communication, project management and capital markets awareness. The role will support investor engagement, market intelligence and public disclosure while coordinating key market-facing communications activities, including social media, media relations and the investor relations marketing calendar.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Execute the Company's investor relations strategy and targeting program.

· Work with the Executive Assistant to coordinate investor roadshows, conferences, one-on-one meetings and virtual events, including scheduling, materials, logistics and follow-up.

· Maintain the Company's investor relations CRM and targeting platforms, tracking investor activity, feedback, prospective investors and follow-up.

· Provide regular market intelligence to leadership through analysis of shareholder movements, investor sentiment, trading dynamics and peer-company performance.

· Oversee the production and dissemination of Company news releases, coordinating technical, legal and financial review, approvals and disclosure requirements, including SEDAR+ filing.

· Develop and update core investor-facing materials, including the corporate presentation, fact sheet, investor Q&A, website content and other market-facing communications, in doing so, translating complex information into clear and accurate investor communications aligned with the Company's broader investment narrative.

· Drive the rolling investor relations and marketing calendar across news releases, corporate milestones, conferences, financing activity, investor events and external vendor deliverables.

· Manage investor-focused social media content, including posts, graphics and publishing across platforms such as LinkedIn and X.

· Support media relations activities, including interview scheduling and monitoring, while ensuring project-level and regional communications align with broader disclosure and corporate messaging.

· Serve as the day-to-day contact for external investor relations, marketing and communications vendors, ensuring deliverables, budgets and messaging remain aligned with Company priorities.

· Respond to investor and shareholder inquiries in coordination with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and appropriate communication.

· Assess the effectiveness of investor relations programs, conferences, vendors and market-facing initiatives, supporting regular reporting to executive leadership and the Board.

REQUIREMENTS

· Background in investor relations, capital markets, corporate communications, equity research or related roles, ideally within the mining or natural resources sector.

· Experience working with publicly traded companies and an understanding of the needs of institutional investors, retail investors and sell-side analysts; experience within junior or development-stage mining is considered an asset.

· Strong understanding of investor relations, capital markets, investor targeting and shareholder engagement.

· Excellent written communication skills with experience preparing investor presentations, news releases, corporate materials and other external communications.

· Ability to understand technical, operational and financial information and translate it into clear, accurate and compelling investor messaging.

· Familiarity with Canadian public-company disclosure practices and regulatory filings; experience coordinating newswire and SEDAR+ processes is considered an asset.

· Hands-on experience supporting investor conferences, roadshows and other investor engagement programs.

· Knowledge of shareholder intelligence, investor targeting and CRM platforms.

· Experience managing or supporting corporate social media, digital content and media relations within a public-company environment.

· Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, vendors and stakeholder review processes.

· Strong interpersonal skills and confidence interacting with investors, analysts, executives, technical teams and external advisors.

· University degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Geology or a related discipline.
