We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead our worldwide commercial organization.

This executive leader will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, strengthen key customer relationships, and develop high-performing teams across the global metals and industrial manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute global sales, marketing, and business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and adjacent industry applications.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and customer focus across the commercial organization.
  • Support key customer negotiations and strategic commercial initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Regional Sales Managers, marketing professionals, and commercial support staff.
  • Develop pricing, market penetration, and customer acquisition strategies to maximize growth and profitability.
  • Guide product positioning, brand strategy, market analysis, and promotional activities.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and customer meetings worldwide.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, CRM management, and performance reporting.
  • Develop business cases, negotiate contracts, and support closing of strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product Management, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to align commercial strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage global sales operations and departmental budget responsibilities.

Requirements:

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical, or related discipline) or an equivalent combination of technical and commercial experience.; MBA is considered an asset.
  • 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing, metallurgical, steel, or related technical industries.
  • 10+ years of business development experience with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Experience leading global commercial teams and managing strategic customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of international business, contract negotiations, and complex sales cycles.
  • Experience working with steel producers, metals manufacturers, mills, OEMs, or industrial technology providers is strongly preferred.
  • Travel Requires ability to travel globally up to 35%.
