Our FI services client is looking for a Manager, Marketing Planning to lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs that support key Canadian Banking priorities. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven marketer who can connect customer insights, business objectives, and marketing execution across mass, digital, and targeted channels.

This role is 3x per week onsite in Downtown Toronto.
$40 per hour, T4.
Fulltime hours per week, 12+ months.

The successful candidate will drive end-to-end campaign planning across acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives, leveraging personalization, segmentation, testing, and performance analytics to deliver measurable results. Working within agile, cross-functional teams, they will help advance marketing transformation initiatives and enhance customer experiences through modern marketing technologies and data-informed strategies.

Key Qualifications:

4+ years of experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across mass, digital, and targeted channels.
Strong expertise in personalization, segmentation, testing, optimization, and campaign performance measurement.
Experience translating marketing requirements into data and technical specifications.
Agile delivery experience and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of marketing technologies and AI-enabled tools.
Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and influencing abilities within complex, matrixed organizations.
