We're looking for a Campaign Project Manager who thrives on bringing complex campaigns, branded experiences, and creator activations to life. You'll own delivery from post-sale handoff through launch, keeping clients, agencies, creators, vendors, and internal teams aligned every step of the way.
This role is 12+ months, 40 hours per wee, and 3x per week onsite downtown Toronto.
What You'll Do
Own Campaign Delivery
- Drive campaigns from kick-off to launch and completion
- Build and manage timelines, project plans, and key milestones
- Coordinate assets, approvals, and deliverables
- Stay ahead of risks and solve problems before they become roadblocks
Bring Experiences to Life
- Lead creator events, sponsorships, activations, and marquee moments
- Manage agencies, production partners, venues, and stakeholders
- Build run-of-shows, briefing documents, and workback schedules
- Own onsite execution and ensure everything runs seamlessly
Keep Everyone Moving
- Act as the central point of contact across clients, agencies, vendors, creators, and internal teams
- Lead status meetings and project updates
- Align teams around priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Connect campaigns to creator content, social storytelling, and platform activations
What You Bring
- Experience delivering campaigns, events, activations, or integrated marketing programs
- Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
