The Sales Coordinator - Agriculture is responsible for providing sales support to the whole sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process. The sales coordinator helps drive efficiency, supports sales targets, and contributes to overall customer satisfaction by delivering timely, accurate, and professional service.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Provide Territory Managers with technical sales information, quote preparation, and margin approvals to support accurate and timely customer presentations.
  • Manage and track online sales leads to ensure timely follow-up by Territory Managers and Sales Managers.
  • Assist with territory mapping, industry research, lead generation, and tender documentation to strengthen the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to maintain up-to-date inventory lists and ensure product availability for customer demands.
  • Assist in scheduling unit delivery and sublets to ensure seamless and timely customer fulfillment.
  • Manage new product arrivals and condition reports to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure readiness for sales.
  • Assist with walk-in and online customer inquiries and schedule follow-ups to facilitate a smooth sales process.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage sales data to support relationship management and reporting accuracy.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to provide insights on aging inventory, sales programs, and strategic planning.
  • Support inventory planning and product advertising efforts by maintaining updated inventory information for seamless marketing integration.
  • Assist in content development and maintenance of marketing materials including product brochures, email campaigns, website content, and promotional materials.
  • Support planning and coordination of industry events, trade shows, and customer appreciation events to strengthen brand presence and customer loyalty.
What We Look For
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional and courteous in all communications with customers, branch personnel and internal contacts.
  • Mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
  • Experience in the heavy equipment industry considered an asset.
  • Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience is considered an asset.
