• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance required
• Experience in golf course maintenance is considered a strong asset
• Background or education in horticulture is considered an asset
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, skid steer, etc.)
• Physically capable of performing manual labor in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a tea

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, planting, and pruning
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Assist with installation of landscape features such as sod, trees, shrubs, and hardscape elements
• Monitor plant health and apply appropriate treatments when necessary
• Maintain clean and organized work sites
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• This position involves maintaining residential, commercial and/or golf course properties to ensure clean, healthy, and attractive outdoor spaces.
