• Site work including repairs, matching, layout, framing, forming and reinforcing, concrete place and finishing, equipment operating, site staging, subtrade preparation.
• Management and/or self-performed execution of renovation and construction projects
• Tool and asset inventory management
• Trade scope management
• Blueprint reading
• Cost tracking of general PO's
• Time tracking and approvals
• Construction project scheduling
• Material take-offs & ordering
• Property/Facility Management
• Communication skills written and verbal
• Supervisors are expected to be on the tools when required

• Proven leadership in the construction industry
• Experience in property development and property management is required
• Journeyman Carpenter Certification Red Seal or higher
• Proven training experience with regards to job site safety
• Clean drivers abstract
