The Executive Assistant works within the Executive Services Corporate department to support Senior Executives through advanced project management and administrative expertise. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving corporate environment. The Executive Assistant will perform a wide range of high-level administrative functions and serve as a key liaison between executives and various departments, including Marketing, Sales, IT, and Finance. The Executive Assistant will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion while demonstrating sound judgment and strategic thinking to support company goals and executive initiatives.

What You Will Be Responsible For- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Senior Executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings, corporate tours, and assist with planning and execution of internal and external events.
- Serve as a central communication point between executives and cross-functional teams to ensure timely follow-up and alignment on key initiatives.
- Manage special projects from initiation to completion, providing structure, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address challenges or opportunities.
- Support corporate initiatives by synthesizing complex information into actionable plans and ensuring follow-through on priorities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise sound discretion at all times.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes within the Executive Services department.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience supporting senior management or leading complex administrative projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple demands, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong project management skills with a strategic, structured approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Advanced computer literacy across multiple platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite and other corporate systems.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
