Kitchen Worker

We are seeking a diligent Kitchen Worker to support the daily operations of our bustling restaurant kitchen. This role involves preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient kitchen workflows to provide excellent dining experiences. The Kitchen Worker will work split and standard 8-hour shifts regularly, including weekends and holidays, as part of a small team. Minimal customer interaction is expected, and specialized cooking equipment will be used in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation tasks
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas
• Dispose of waste following health and safety standards
• Store ingredients properly to maintain freshness and prevent contamination
• Assist with cooking under supervision
• Support smooth kitchen operations during split and standard shifts
• Occasionally interact with customers to address simple inquiries or requests
