Telemarketing Representative

Richelieu Hardware is looking for a Telemarketing Representative - Hardware and Materials, for our BC Division, position located in our Richmond BC Branch.

Your role will include, among other things, making calls and follow-ups, with the goal of increasing sales in your territory.

More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to:

• Promote sales development using virtual tools.

• Respond to requests for information on products and services.

• Conduct virtual presentations

• Prepare the product offering according to customer needs.

• Follow up on sales and objectives.

• Ensure ongoing communication with all customers when there are changes to the products offered, price changes and improvements.

• Keep your knowledge of new products, procedures, services and tools up to date by attending departmental training meetings.

Requirements:

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) and/or relevant experience.

• Have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Good knowledge of technological tools such as the MS Office suite, Teams and Zoom.
