Job Title: Account Manager (In-Training)

Overview:

The Account Manager Trainee program is an intensive 6-month program designed to teach you the fundamentals of recruitment. The goal is to train you to manage key client relationships, drive revenue, and lead a team of recruiters.

The focus of this role is business development. Your main objective is to build relationships with senior & executive-level stakeholders across various organizations in order to market our services and uncover profitable hiring opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Build relationships with senior & executive stakeholders in various organizations.
• Research and Identify key decision-makers.
• Uncover profitable hiring opportunities.
• Help clients define the hiring criteria for their open roles.
• Oversee the fulfillment of your client's open roles.
• Negotiate contract terms like fees, durations, guarantees, and process.
• Full cycle recruitment duties as needed.
• Performance manage contract workers.
• Attend networking events.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• polished communication & presentation skills.
• Excellent work ethic
• Able to learn new softwares and programs quickly.
• Critical thinking and complex problem solving skills

Like To Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - BCOM
• Previous B2B sales experience.
• Previous Accounting experience.
