Service Tech Journeyperson Electrician

Bold Electric is looking for an experienced Journeyperson Electrician to join our Service team.

What You'll Do

You'll handle a variety of electrical service work across residential, commercial and light industrial environments, including:

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and installing electrical systems and equipment.
• Working independently in the field while staying connected with our Service team.
• Communicating directly and professionally with clients.
• Completing jobs efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
• Completing service documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and properly stocked company vehicle.
• Mentoring apprentices and helping them develop in the trade.

What We're Looking For

• Certified Journeyperson Electrician.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized, reliable and proud of quality workmanship.
• Comfortable using mobile technology for scheduling and job documentation.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with satisfactory driver's abstract.
• First Aid and WHMIS certification, or ability to obtain upon hire.

Previous electrical service experience is an asset, particularly in residential, commercial or light industrial environments.

A Master Electrician designation is also an asset, but not required.
