Role responsibilities will include: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies to ensure their staffing needs are met and expectations are exceeded. - Account Management - Utilize problem-solving skills and strategic analysis to prioritize and manage client accounts effectively. - Focused recruiting and interviewing - Proactively identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through various channels (online, phone, and in-person) to expand our regional sales efforts. - Excellent attendance and punctuality to ensure proper office coverage - flexibility to work open and closing shifts - Overall participation in branch and company results within a strong team environment - Must have own transportation as travelling to different offices or clients is required Why Choose ABL?
