Job Details:
- Full-time position
- Availability for all 3 shifts (days, afternoons and midnights) required
- $49.26/hr starting wage

- Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair stationary and mobile industrial equipment
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and low-voltage electrical systems
- Complete installations, adjustments, disassembly, repairs, and reassembly of mechanical components
- Read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical schematics, fabrication drawings, and technical prints
- Troubleshoot and repair crushers, screeners, conveyors, and other mining equipment
- Perform power transmission and equipment alignment procedures
- Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication tasks
- Follow Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and maintain a safe, hazard-free workplace
- Valid 421A – Heavy Duty Equipment Technician or 310T – Truck and Coach Technician certification required
- Minimum 3 years of mechanic experience preferred
- Completion of an accredited Skilled Trades Ontario program required
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing diesel engines
- Proficiency with low-voltage electrical systems
- Knowledge of crushers, screeners, conveyors, and industrial mining equipment
- Knowledge of power transmission and alignment procedures
