  • Perform detailed variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast), identifying trends, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) across the company.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario planning.
  • Prepare financial slide decks and reporting packages for executive leadership, board meetings, and department leaders.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate month-end close entries and financial statement alignment.
  • Work collaboratively across functions to provide analytical support and inform core business strategy

You're a great fit because…

  • You have 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical discipline.
  • You have strong business acumen and capability to translate financial data into clear narrative insights.
  • You possess a solid understanding of GAAP principles, general ledger structures, and financial reporting standards.
  • You bring high attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (complex formulas, financial modeling, dynamic dashboards, pivot tables).
  • You have strong SQL skills; expertise is a plus.
  • You have experience with the fintech tech stack, ideally including NetSuite, FloQast, Carta, and modern BI tools.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field or similar experience.

You'll love it here because...

  • You'll have equity in a pre-IPO company backed by top VCs;
  • We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance;
  • We offer a monthly home office stipend;
  • We offer a professional development program to support your continued growth
  • We offer flexible paid time off;
  • We have 10 paid holidays and additional 6 Sesame Wellness days;
  • We prize EQ and empathy, and have a culture that emphasizes total wellness, including work-life harmony.
