We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Sliding Table Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining sliding table saw machines to produce precise cuts on 1"-3/4"-1/2" plywood. Your expertise will ensure high-quality output, efficient workflow, and adherence to safety standards. Duties

Operate sliding table saw machines with precision, ensuring accurate cuts according to detailed cut sheets.
Set up and calibrate saws, adjusting blades, fences, and stops for each job to optimize efficiency and quality. Mostly cutting 1"-3/4"-1/2" plywood.
Perform routine maintenance on saw equipment, including blade changes, lubrication, and safety checks
Monitor production processes closely, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
Conduct quality control inspections using measuring tapes.
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), to maintain a safe work environment

Skills

Proven experience operating sliding table saws in a manufacturing setting
Strong mechanical knowledge of machinery components and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings for precise machining tasks
Skilled in the use of hand tools, measuring tapes, and basic math for precise measurements
Warehouse experience including packaging and assembly processes contributes to overall versatility
Understanding of quality control procedures ensures consistent product standards across all projects
