The Role

As a Collision Repair Technician, you'll be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Performing structural and non-structural collision repairs
• Removing, repairing, and replacing damaged vehicle components
• Performing body repairs, panel replacement, alignment, and related repair procedures
• Following manufacturer repair procedures and industry best practices
• Using repair equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Inspecting completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Working closely with estimators, painters, technicians, and management
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Helping ensure every vehicle leaves the shop looking—and performing—as it should
