The Role
As a Collision Repair Technician, you'll be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Performing structural and non-structural collision repairs
- Removing, repairing, and replacing damaged vehicle components
- Performing body repairs, panel replacement, alignment, and related repair procedures
- Following manufacturer repair procedures and industry best practices
- Using repair equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Inspecting completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Working closely with estimators, painters, technicians, and management
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Helping ensure every vehicle leaves the shop looking—and performing—as it should
