Securiguard is hiring professional Suited Retail Security Officers to provide a strong customer service-focused security presence in a luxury retail environment. This role emphasizes visibility, professionalism, and proactive reporting to help create a safe and welcoming space for customers and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service and act as a visual theft deterrentMaintain a professional presence at store entrances/exits or high-loss areasIdentify and report risks, hazards, and safety concerns to the Manager on DutyPatrol designated areas as requiredDocument incidents, thefts, and safety concerns using TrackTikSupport store management and liaise with police when requiredProtect persons and property through observation and reportingImportant DetailsStanding Position: This is a fully standing position. Officers are expected to remain on their feet and attentive throughout the shift.Downtown Vancouver Location: The position is based at a high-end luxury retail store in Downtown Vancouver.
