OFA2 (Intermediate First Aid) Security Guard

About the RoleSecuriguard is currently seeking professional, customer-focused Retail Security Officers to join our team at a high-profile grocery retail location in Vancouver.This role is ideal for security professionals who enjoy interacting with the public while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff. As the designated Occupational First Aid (OFA 2) attendant on site, you'll respond to medical incidents, provide a visible security presence, and support store operations through proactive patrols and exceptional customer service.What You'll DoAs a Retail Security Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for safety within the store, creating a welcoming environment for customers, staff, and visitors. You'll conduct regular patrols throughout the property, monitor CCTV systems, and proactively identify potential safety and security concerns before they escalate.As the site's designated OFA 2 attendant, you'll respond to medical incidents, provide first aid when required, and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
