Team Member - Overnight

Tim Hortons is hiring Overnight Team Members to help keep our store running smoothly through the night. If you take pride in preparing great food, enjoy supporting guests with a warm attitude, and can stay focused during late hours, we'd love to meet you.

Full-time and Part-time options available

• Welcome guests and provide helpful, respectful service

• Prepare and assemble menu items while following Tim Hortons standards for quality and consistency

• Support food production, stocking, and keeping stations organized

• Keep work areas clean, safe, and sanitary throughout your shift

• Follow food safety and health & safety procedures at all times

• Assist with closing and overnight cleaning to help set up for the next day

• Work with your team to meet service and operational goals

• Availability for overnight hours, and comfort working independently and with a team

• A strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail

• Clear communication and a team-first mindset

• Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and maintain high standards

• Restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but not required

• Be ready to deliver fast, friendly service to every guest during overnight shifts
• Work independently in a steady pace while maintaining Tim Hortons standards
• Perform overnight cleaning and sanitizing tasks to keep the restaurant guest-ready
• Handle food preparation and storage safely, following all food safety procedures
• Take and fulfill guest orders accurately, including making beverages and food to spec
• Support restocking and inventory tasks to ensure key items are always available
• Follow cash and POS procedures with accuracy and honesty
• Communicate clearly with the day team to ensure shift-to-shift continuity
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude and represent Tim Hortons with pride
• Stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items as needed
• Be available for full-time or part-time overnight scheduling, including weekends and holidays
