3PL Inc. is currently recruiting a Warehouse Operator for an established food manufacturing facility in Mississauga.

This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys staying active and takes pride in accuracy, organization and getting the job done right.

What You'll Do

• Receive and verify incoming products and materials
• Pick, stage and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment
• Complete shipping, receiving and inventory documentation
• Perform inventory counts and assist with stock control
• Use RF scanners to track product movement
• Rotate inventory using FIFO/FEFO procedures
• Maintain accurate product and lot traceability
• Keep warehouse, staging and dock areas clean and organized
• Work closely with Production, Quality and Logistics teams

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
• Forklift and/or walkie/rider pallet jack experience preferred
• Food, beverage or dairy experience is an asset
• Comfortable using RF scanners and completing documentation
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with repetitive lifting, bending and case picking
• Able to work in refrigerated areas (approximately 0–4°ree;C)

Food Safety & Quality

This position works within a food manufacturing environment. Employees are required to follow established GMP, HACCP, SQF, hygiene and food-safety procedures.
