The Role We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Sales Associate with exceptional customer service skills. For us, great customer service goes beyond greeting customers and processing transactions. We want someone who can genuinely connect with customers, understand what they are looking for, confidently recommend products and styling options, and make every customer feel welcomed and valued. The right person is proactive, responsible, observant, and willing to take initiative. You should be someone who notices what needs to be done and takes action without always waiting to be asked.
Key Responsibilities - Welcome customers warmly and create a positive, personalized shopping experience.
-Understand customers' needs and confidently recommend suitable products, sizes, colours, and styling options.
-Build genuine customer relationships while helping drive sales and customer loyalty.
-Maintain strong knowledge of Dana Fashion products, collections, promotions, and store policies.
-Process purchases, exchanges, and other transactions accurately through the POS system.
-Maintain high standards of store presentation, including clothing displays, racks, fitting rooms, hijab displays, and the checkout area.
-Restock merchandise and identify products, sizes, or displays that need attention.
-Keep merchandise properly organized, steamed, tagged, and presented throughout the day.
-Assist with receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory and storage areas.
-Take initiative during quieter periods by identifying tasks that can improve the store or customer experience.
-Support the team during launches, promotions, busy seasons, and special events.
-Communicate customer feedback, frequently requested products, and potential issues to management.
-Contribute ideas and suggestions that can improve sales, organization, operations, or the overall customer experience.
