Hours of Work: Part time

If you are enthusiastic, organised and eager to support our vital fundraising activities, then our Fundraising Assistant role is perfect for you. You will support the development and delivery of fundraising initiatives, engage with supporters and the wider community, and assist with administrative tasks to keep our fundraising efforts running smoothly. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively will be essential in this diverse and rewarding role.

Fundraising Assistant Duties: Supporting the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, engaging with donors and supporters to build lasting relationships, assisting with events and community activities, managing administrative tasks such as correspondence and record keeping, and helping to develop new fundraising ideas to maximise income. You will be a vital part of a dedicated team committed to making a difference.

• Previous experience in fundraising or charity work would be beneficial but is not essential
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• IT literacy, including Word, Excel, and email communication
• A proactive and friendly approach with a willingness to learn

Fundraising Assistant Benefits:

• Salary (per annum) – $46,000 – $48,000 CAD
