Schedule: Monday–Friday, with on-call and weekend availability as needed
Pay: CA$40–$60 per hour + commission and overtime opportunities

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber & Heating Technician who takes pride in their work and wants the opportunity to grow with a company that values its employees.

What You'll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in residential and commercial settings
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and heating issues
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing and heating systems
• Identify problems and provide efficient, effective solutions
• Communicate with customers professionally and address questions or concerns
• Provide excellent customer service throughout each service call
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Use plumbing and mechanical tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects
• Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
• Maintain a professional appearance and work environment

Requirements

• Journeyman Plumber license/certification required
• Red Seal certification required
• Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience required
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Backflow certification is an asset
