Role Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing programs and initiatives across Fastfrate Group's portfolio of transportation, logistics, warehousing, distribution, customs, and supply chain solutions.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Work Arrangement: On-site

Compensation: Salary Range: $60,000 to $65,000
Work Location & Environment: 300 Maple Grove Rd, Cambridge, ON; Office environment Key Accountabilities:
In this role, you will:
Marketing Program Coordination
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, campaign schedules, and other planning tools.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure marketing initiatives are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Assist with the development and execution of customer acquisition, cross-selling, brand awareness, and customer/employee engagement programs.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Support special marketing projects and corporate initiatives as required.
Digital Marketing Support
  • Assist with email marketing, digital campaigns, landing pages, online forms, and other digital marketing initiatives for both customer facing and driver recruiting efforts
  • Help ensure digital content is accurate, current, consistent, and aligned with Fastfrate Group brand standards.
Content, Brand & Communications
  • Assist with the development of customer-facing and internal marketing communications.
  • Coordinate the creation and maintenance of brochures, product sheets, presentations, advertisements, customer communications, trade show materials, and other marketing collateral.
  • Support the development of content for websites, email campaigns, social media, presentations, newsletters, and sales materials.
  • Proofread and review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and brand compliance.
  • Maintain organized libraries of marketing materials, photography, logos, templates, presentations, and other brand assets.
  • Help ensure Fastfrate Group and operating company brand standards are consistently applied across marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, printers, photographers, and other marketing suppliers when required.
Sales Enablement
  • Support Sales teams by coordinating and maintaining customer-facing sales materials.
  • Assist with the development and updating of presentations, product sheets, case studies, proposal content, customer success stories, and sales tools.
  • Coordinate requests from Sales for marketing materials and customer communications.
  • Help ensure Sales teams have access to current and approved marketing materials.
  • Support the development of materials demonstrating how multiple Fastfrate Group capabilities can be combined into integrated customer solutions.
  • Assist with sales meetings, customer presentations, conferences, and other commercial initiatives.
Campaign & Lead Generation Support
  • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns designed to generate customer awareness, engagement, and sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate campaign activities across email, digital, social media, direct marketing, events, and other channels.
  • Support the development of campaign lists, marketing databases, landing pages, communications, and campaign materials.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to help coordinate lead follow-up and campaign reporting.
  • Track campaign activities and assist with measuring results and preparing performance reports.
  • Maintain accurate marketing and campaign information within CRM and marketing technology platforms.
Market & Competitive Research
  • Conduct research on transportation, logistics, warehousing, distribution, freight forwarding, customs, and supply chain markets.
  • Assist with gathering information on competitors, industry trends, customer needs, emerging markets, and new business opportunities.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence and market research files.
  • Support customer segmentation and target account research.
  • Compile market information into presentations, reports, and summaries for Marketing, Sales, and leadership.
  • Monitor industry news and developments relevant to Fastfrate Group and its operating companies.
Events & Trade Shows
  • Coordinate marketing requirements for trade shows, customer events, conferences, sponsorships, sales meetings, and corporate events.
  • Assist with event registration, displays, signage, promotional materials, communications, and logistics.
  • Coordinate promotional merchandise and branded materials.
  • Support pre-event and post-event marketing activities.
  • Maintain schedules and inventories for trade show materials and promotional items.
Marketing Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain marketing project files, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, vendor information, and marketing records.
  • Coordinate marketing approvals and ensure completed materials are properly archived.
  • Assist with monitoring marketing expenses against approved budgets.
