CNC Lathe Operator – VTL Location: Windsor, ON
Pay: $25–$33/hour + Shift Premium
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shifts: Days | Afternoons | Nights
We are hiring an experienced CNC Lathe Operator to join a manufacturing facility in Windsor. Candidates with CNC Lathe, VTL, or CNC Machinist experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Lathe and VTL machines
• Perform machine setup, tool offsets, and adjustments
• Operate live tooling equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges
• Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of CNC Lathe or VTL experience
• CNC machine setup and operation experience
• Live tooling experience preferred
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
• Experience as a CNC Machinist, VTL Operator, or Turning Machinist
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Flexible to work rotating shifts and occasional weekends
