About the Role We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light food items while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station
• Operate and clean coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment
• Prepare and serve pastries, snacks, and light food items as required
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
• Support the team with general cleaning and other duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous barista or customer service experience is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and customer-service mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items
• Food handling experience or certification is an asset
