Summary:

Titan Environmental is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support business growth in our office in Calgary, AB by building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing excellent service to prospective and existing clients. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and helping drive revenue through proactive sales efforts. This role plays an important part in promoting Titan's services, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's continued success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries (i.e. pricing, product information).
  • Learn and become proficient in all industry product knowledge.
  • Work closely with the Technical Sales Representatives and Procurement.
  • Prepare and review proposals and quotes with Outside Sales based on project specifications and client needs.
  • Review RFQ's and technical drawings to develop proposals and quotes based on project specifications and client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity to ensure sales success.
  • Comply with sales processes and CRM tools to maintain detailed records.
  • Follow up with customers on orders, quotes and services requested.
  • Maintain professionalism, tact, and diplomacy to represent the company in a positive manner.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage customers by phone, email, and in person.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM or sales management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative, team-oriented workplace.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, improvement, and professional development.
  • Customer-focused with a strong desire to deliver exceptional service and support business growth.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Additional consideration will be given to a candidate in a similar role relating to construction products.

Other Information

  • This is a full-time position, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., located at our Calgary, Alberta Office.
  • This position will be reporting to the Regional Manager – Eastern Canada.
  • Wage will depend on your skills and qualifications.
