Duties

• Lead engaging volleyball practices focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Plan and execute game strategies to maximize team performance
• Provide constructive feedback to players to support their growth and confidence
• Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games by adhering to safety protocols
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages participation and enjoyment
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules, tournaments, and events
• Promote good sportsmanship and respectful conduct among players, officials, and spectators

Experience

• Prior experience in teaching or coaching volleyball is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for working with youth is essential
• Ability to communicate clearly and motivate athletes of diverse ages and skill levels
• Knowledge of volleyball techniques, rules, and strategies is advantageous
• Demonstrating versatility in athletic instruction
