???? What You'll Do
As a Seasonal Outdoor Technician, you'll work on residential and commercial properties, helping keep lawns healthy, green, and looking their best.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Performing lawn care applications and treatments to promote healthy, thriving lawns
• Delivering premium turf services including slit-seeding, overseeding, core aeration, and organic compost applications
• Operating specialized equipment safely and responsibly
• Communicating with customers, answering questions, and providing recommendations
• Accurately recording materials and work completed
• Supporting teammates and assisting with other seasonal projects as needed
???? No Experience? No Problem.
You don't need previous lawn care or landscaping experience.
We provide paid, comprehensive training to teach you the skills, equipment, products, safety procedures, and techniques needed to do the job successfully.
All we ask is that you bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
???? What You Bring
• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Successful completion of a criminal record check required
• No industry experience required — we'll train you!
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Physically able to bend, kneel, crouch, dig, lift up to 50 lbs., and remain on your feet throughout the day
