This role is based at our Toronto HQ, right in the heart of downtown. We move fast, think big, and work hard—but we also have a lot of fun doing it. The energy in our office reflects our culture: ambitious, collaborative, and full of momentum. Whether we're solving complex challenges, celebrating wins, or sharing a laugh, we show up because we want to—not because we have to. Learn more at www.theassemble.com.

How You'll Contribute

At Assemble, everything we do runs through our 3 Cs: Convening, Community, and Content.

We bring senior leaders from the world's largest companies together through our summits (Convening), build lasting peer-to-peer networks where they can learn from one another (Community), and turn the insights, expertise, and conversations happening across our network into valuable intelligence for the leaders we serve (Content).

As our Content Marketing Manager, you'll help us make that content work harder.

This is a hands-on B2B content marketing role for an exceptional writer and commercial thinker who knows how to take strong ideas, executive pain points, and established value propositions and turn them into compelling content that gets senior leaders to stop, engage, and want to learn more.

You'll create content across the full marketing funnel — from paid ads, email campaigns and landing pages to content syndication, webinars, retargeting, thought leadership, and sales enablement — and find smart ways to scale what works across our portfolio of 20+ executive communities.

You won't be starting from a blank page. Our teams are building the foundational product marketing: defining our audiences, core value propositions, and the key challenges that matter to the executives we serve. Your job is to take that foundation, scale it and bring it to life through exceptional content.

That means understanding the nuances of our different executive audiences while also recognizing what can be built once, adapted intelligently, and scaled. A great campaign shouldn't live in one place or be used once. You see how a strong insight can become an email sequence, paid campaign, landing page, webinar, video, sales asset, and more.

AI is an important part of how we expect you to work. You'll use modern tools to accelerate creation, repurpose successful content, customize messaging across audiences, and build repeatable workflows — without sacrificing quality, judgment, or voice.

You'll work closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Membership, Enablement, Design, Video, and our Editorial Content team. We're a lean, fast-moving team, so this role is for someone who likes to do the work, build better ways of doing it, and quarterback initiatives across teams.

Success in this role means building a scalable content engine that creates demand, supports our commercial teams, and helps more senior executives understand the value of being part of Assemble.

In this role you will:

Build scalable content programs by turning the insights already flowing through Assemble into engaging, high-value marketing assets, drawing from member conversations, events, research, market trends, and sales insights.

Bring our established positioning and value propositions to life across our portfolio, tailoring messaging for different executive audiences across our growth initiatives.

Activate content across the full funnel, coming up withcreativeideasandmessagingfor email, landing pages, paid campaigns, webinars, LinkedIn, content syndication, retargeting, sales enablement, and other channels.

Create content with commercial outcomes in mind, partnering with Sales, Membership, Demand Generation, and Enablement to support acquisition, conversion, renewals, expansion, and overall sales effectiveness.

Partner closely with the Demand Generation Manager and Chief Content Officer to connect our content, editorial, and demand generation strategies and turn great ideas into campaigns that drive action.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Editorial, Sales, Membership, Design, and other teams to deliver high-quality, results-driven marketing content.

Use performance data to shape what we do next — analyzing campaign and content results, identifyingwhat's working (and whatisn't), and turning those insights into recommendations, new tests, and strategies that improve engagement and conversion over time.

Own the content calendar and end-to-end planning of marketing content, balancing priorities across audiences, campaigns, channels, and growth initiatives.

Maintain efficient, scalable content operations, including editorial standards, content briefs, workflows, templates, AI-assisted processes, and asset management.
