  • Leading, mentoring, and developing Project Managers, Coordinators, and Administrators through coaching, performance management, succession planning, career planning, and professional development.
  • Leading workforce planning, recruitment, and personnel management in collaboration with the General Superintendent, HR, and executive leadership, including regularly reviewing workforce needs, supporting career planning, conducting weekly 1-on-1s, and addressing disciplinary matters as required.
  • Championing a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture that prioritizes safety, professionalism, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Working collaboratively and making decisions in the best interests of the company and its people, balancing operational, financial, client, project, and team considerations when determining the appropriate course of action.
  • Representing the organization professionally at industry events, committees, and professional forums and contributing to a strong reputation within the construction industry.
