Scope of Work

Interior painting and repainting
Drywall repairs, patching, and minor installations

Apartment turnover and renovation work

Requirements

Must operate as an Independent Contractor
Registered business with a valid GST/HST number
Minimum $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance
Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate
Own vehicle, tools, and equipment
Experience in residential painting and light drywall repairs
