What you will be doing:
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, kitchen tools, and food preparation equipment
- Drying and returning cleaned items to their designated storage areas
- Maintaining clean dish stations, kitchen floors, storage areas, surfaces, walls, and equipment
- Sweeping, mopping, and assisting with garbage and recycling removal
- Following food safety, sanitation, chemical handling, and cleanliness procedures
- Reporting low supplies, damaged items, or equipment concerns to the Executive Chef
- Communicating with the kitchen team to support smooth and safe operations
- Taking direction from the Executive Chef and assisting with other kitchen duties as assigned
Your Ingredients to Success
- Friendly, positive, and dependable team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing priorities under pressure
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Flexible and adaptable when duties or workflow needs change
- Previous cleaning or dishwashing experience is an asset
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation is required
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekend closing shifts
