General Labour

Our customer in the manufacturing industry is seeking General Labour for their Morning shift. This position is a temporary-to-permanent full-time job.

Job description

• Sorting and maintaining the production line
• Picking and packaging of the merchandise.
• Checking the quality of materials on each assigned workstation
• Ensure proper recycling of materials
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace
• Must be able and willing to stand/ move around for the shift
• Lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and write English
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, as a packer or helper is an asset
• Must be flexible, reliable and punctual
• Ability to work autonomously and with little direction in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic

Hours:

Morning Shift 5 am to 1:30 pm Monday to Friday

Overtime available but not required on the weekends
