Lawn Care Technician

What You'll Do

• Perform lawn care applications and treatments to promote healthy, thriving lawns
• Deliver premium turf services including slit-seeding, overseeding, core aeration, and organic compost applications
• Operate specialized equipment safely and responsibly
• Communicate with customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations for maintaining healthy lawns
• Accurately record materials, parts, and work completed
• Support teammates and assist with other seasonal projects as needed

What You Bring

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• No industry experience required, we'll train you from the ground up
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically able to bend, kneel, crouch, dig, lift up to 50 lbs., and remain on your feet throughout the day
