Project Coordinator Assistant - ICI

Our client is a leading General Contracting firm providing construction project management to retail, commercial and office clients. Immediate Opening
Excellent base compensation, employee bonus plan and benefits.
$50,000 to $60,000K base depending on experience
Annual bonus 3% to 5% based on individual & company annual performance

Responsibilities:
- Assist the estimators in the estimating process
- Assist Project Coordinators and Project Managers pre, during and post construction
- Review project specifications, including but not limited to RFP, drawings, insurance and bonding requirements, addendums and specifications to fully understand project scope, trades and timelines.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience assisting in project coordination & estimating of ICI projects.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of standard construction industry practices, processes and materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge and in PlanSwift and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel to job sites within the Greater Toronto Area as required
