Forklift Operator LTL Cross Dock - 2325

We are currently recruiting a Forklift Operator with cross-dock experience to join a leading LTL transportation company. This role focuses on the safe and efficient offloading and movement of materials within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Afternoon Shift: 17:00 - End as the time varies (Monday -Thursday usually 02:00) ( Friday 17:00 - 05:00)

(Shift is open-ended - depending on workload)

Pay rate: $21/hr to start

Responsibilities

• Perform cross-docking operations
• Loading LTL
• Offload, stage, and move products safely and efficiently (no loading required)
• Prepare materials for shipment
• Track and record inventory movements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Position is focused on offloading trucks

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of forklift experience
• At least 2+ years in a cross-dock environment
• Clamp truck experience is required
• Experience with pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic and reliability
