ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide safe and efficient shuttle service for clients to and from the dealership
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the service department and lot.
- Washing and vacuuming vehicles after service repair.
- Greeting customers with a professional manner.
- Directing customers to the right personnel for further assistance.
- Ensuring department is free from clutter and is kept tidy and clean at all times.
- Assist Technician upon request in basic mechanical tasks up to and including using a tire machine.
- Follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
- This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Highly self-motivated individual, ability to work effectively under stress and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Have an attention to detail and high quality control standards.
- Be able to work effectively against deadlines.
- Able to work in a productive, fast-paced environment
- Able to work effectively with Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and Technicians
- Possess a valid British Columbia Driver's License, ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission, and present a current copy of your driver's abstract (ICBC driver's record) for review.
