Top Pay for Top Talent:
Our pay structure rewards performance and experience:

$18/hour: Rookie Mover (2–4 weeks depending on competency)
$20/hour: Jr Mover
$22.50/hour: Sr Mover
$25/hour: Crew Chief
$26–$27/hour: Senior Crew Chief

Plus, earn additional income through tips and bonuses, which can equate to an additional $300–$600 a month depending on performance.
