Bullseye North is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at a busy retail and online firearms store. The ideal candidate holds a valid firearms licence, understands a wide range of firearms and accessories, and enjoys helping customers find the right products with confidence.

Responsibilities

Provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service in‐store and on the phone.
Assist customers with product selection that is right for them.
Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for all visitors
Support online order processing, inventory checks, and product inquiries
Handle transactions accurately and follow all regulatory requirements
Keep displays stocked, organized, and compliant with store policies

Requirements

Valid Canadian firearms licence (PAL/RPAL)
Strong knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and related gear
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a friendly personality
General computer skills; comfort with POS systems and online platforms
Ability to work in a fast‐paced retail environment
Available to work weekends
