Retail Distribution Assistant

Part-Time | Monday–Thursday, approximately 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Ghost Armor is looking for a hands-on Production & Shipping Coordinator to join our small distribution and production team.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys working in a quiet, small-team environment and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves. A large part of the role involves producing, preparing, packing and shipping our custom screen protectors to retail locations across Canada.

Some of the work is repetitive and detail-oriented — and that's an important part of the job. At the same time, we're looking for someone with initiative who can learn our operation, suggest improvements and take on additional responsibility as they grow with us.

What You'll Do

● Produce and prepare custom screen protectors for our retail locations

● Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment

● Assist with day-to-day shipping and production operations

● Help track inventory and maintain accurate inventory counts

● Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

● Maintain accurate shipping and delivery records

● Communicate professionally with our retail partners regarding orders, questions and updates

● Help keep the production and shipping area organized and running efficiently

● Identify problems or inefficiencies and bring forward ideas for improvement

● Take on additional projects and responsibilities as you become familiar with the business

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you are:

● Very detail-oriented and accurate

● Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on production work

● Someone who takes initiative rather than always waiting to be told what to do

● Organized and able to manage several priorities

● Comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team

● A good communicator with a positive, professional attitude

● Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, or similar programs

Because some of our production work involves small and detailed materials, good close-up vision, with corrective lenses if needed, is important.

Previous retail, shipping, fulfillment, inventory experience is an asset, but we're also interested in the right person with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Business education is an asset but not required.

Schedule & Work Environment

● Small, quiet and friendly team environment

● Mainly Monday–Wednesday approximately 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

● Some Thursdays during busier periods

● Weekend work is rare

● Availability between Boxing Day and New Year's Day is required as needed
