You will assemble and install mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components that are critical to the performance and reliability of our machines.This role is suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in build quality, and value seeing a finished product come together. Training is provided, but success in this role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn.You will work closely within an experienced production team, where your work directly impacts product quality and overall manufacturing output.What You'll Be DoingAssemble mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components based on blueprints and work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete builds accurately Inspect parts and assemblies to meet ODRA quality standardsInstall and wire electrical components including control modules, sensors, and harnesses Hydraulic system assembly, installation, and testing.Perform basic troubleshooting and functional testing of assembled equipment Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure quality standards and specifications are metMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow standardized build processes and support continuous improvement initiativesWhat You BringMechanical aptitude and experience working with tools in a manufacturing or assembly environmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawingsComfort working with common hand tools and power toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipWillingness to learn, take direction, and work in a team environmentReliable, consistent, and able to meet production expectationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamNice to Have:Experience with hydraulic systems or electrical wiringForklift or overhead crane certification (training provided if required)Previous experience in equipment assembly, manufacturing, or industrial productionWhat You'll Get at ODRA100% Employer-paid benefits premiumHealth, Dental and Vision along with Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability Health PackagePaid time off Paid, hands-on training Safety boot allowance Company-paid uniform All tools and equipment provided A clean, safe, and organized shop environment Monday – Friday – 6:30am – 3:00pm shiftA stable, team-focused workplace where your work mattersIf you're someone who takes pride in building things properly, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to grow your skills in a supportive environment-ODRA is ready for you.
