Consumer Sales Representative

The Acquisition Group is expanding our Calgary team and looking for motivated individuals to represent TELUS through direct residential sales.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

Bonus & Incentive Opportunities

Earn up to $600/week in training bonuses.
Eligible new hires can earn $100 per full day worked, up to $600 per week. Eligibility and program terms apply.

Earn up to $1,200 toward tuition.
Eligible student reps can earn up to $1,200 toward tuition by selling 3 new RGUs per week during the contest period. Reps must declare student status and be enrolled in school for September to December 2026. Eligibility and contest terms apply.

What You'll Do

• Represent TELUS products and services through direct residential sales
• Connect with customers throughout Calgary and understand their needs
• Recommend TELUS solutions that fit each customer's requirements
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a positive experience
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Develop valuable sales, communication, and leadership skills
