Job Title: Maintenance Professional
Reports To: President
Compensation Range: 23.00 - 26.00 per hour
Hours of Work: This is a part-time weekday position with varying hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Work Location: Primary work location includes Welland, Pelham, Grimsby, and Dunnville. Occasional travel to Stoney Creek and Mississauga may be required based on operational and maintenance needs.

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform general interior and exterior maintenance, improvements, and small-scale projects.
- Maintain grounds, including some grass cutting, trimming, and garden upkeep.
- Conduct preventative facility inspections and maintenance as required
- Complete minor repairs and coordinate with external service professionals for larger or specialized projects.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar maintenance or trades-related role.
- Available to work varied shifts at least 2 days weekly.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting, prolonged standing/walking, climbing ladders, and moving equipment or furniture.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable truck suitable for transporting materials and equipment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality.
